WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE:
You will receive by e-mail your flight ticket for the chosen date and zone, or with an OPEN date and valid for ONE YEAR if you have selected the gift-passenger option. In this case, the gift recipients will only have to contact us by phone or e-mail in order to close the date of their flight. We recommend doing so at least 7 days in advance.
If you wish to fly on a specific date, we recommend that you check availability by telephone or e-mail before making your purchase.
IMPORTANT:
- The activity is conditioned by the weather, so if the weather forecast is unfavourable for the chosen day, the flight will be postponed to another date at no extra cost.
- In the same way, the availability of the balloon will be conditioned to a minimum group of passengers, so it is important that the passengers inform us in advance of the chosen day.
