TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  • AERODIFUSIÓN PASEOS EN GLOBO is an aerial work company authorized by the State Aviation Safety Agency (Ministry of Public Works) to carry out tourist flights with passengers.
  • The activity depends on the weather. For safety reasons, the balloon will not take off in the presence of precipitation, storms, fog, thermal currents or winds higher than 15 knots or 25km/h. Aerodiffusion reserves the right to change the flight date in case of unfavorable weather forecast. In this case, a new flight date will be assigned by mutual agreement with the client and without any additional cost for him/her. Flight tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of contracting. After this period they will be cancelled.
  • The balloon flight takes advantage of small time margins in order to fly with maximum safety between sunrise and the appearance of thermal currents, which explains the need to get up early, as well as to be punctual to avoid delays to other passengers. In the same way, the number of seats in a balloon is very limited, so the reservation must be made firmly. No cancellations or changes in the number of passengers will be allowed from 72h before the activity. Failure to show up at the meeting time will result in the loss of seats.
  • The client accepts the fact that meteorology is not an exact science, and therefore expressly renounces to formulate any claim derived from the supposition that Aerodifusión summons him/her to the place of the flight in view of a favorable weather forecast, and then the activity cannot be carried out due to bad weather conditions on the day of the flight.
  • The flight will have an approximate duration of one hour, and it will be considered to be carried out after forty minutes between take-off and landing in case it is necessary to shorten it for safety reasons.
  • The customer has 14 working days to cancel the purchase. After this period, no refunds are allowed, except for previously agreed exceptions. Flight tickets may be used by any person other than the one specified at the time of booking.
  • Passengers acknowledge that they are engaged in a risky activity, and expressly waive any claim against Aerodifusión except in case of proven negligence as reflected in the aircraft or company manuals approved by the State Agency for Aviation Safety (AESA). In the same way, the passenger expressly declares to be solely responsible for the consequences of his actions if they contravene the safety measures and/or indications coming from Aerodifusión and/or its pilots.
  • In the same way, if the passenger's behavior is improper (disturbing other passengers, drunkenness or similar, etc.), the activity will be terminated without the obligation of refunding the money by Aerodifusión.
  • Aerodifusión is not responsible for the passengers' objects (cameras, glasses, clothes, etc.), being these the exclusive responsibility of their owners, and no claims for them will be accepted.
  • Passengers must make sure that they are physically fit for the flight. AERODIFUSION will not assume any responsibility for illnesses, limiting physical circumstances or injuries resulting from a pre-existing medical condition. Any particular condition or circumstance must be communicated in advance by the passenger. Flights for persons with severe heart disease and pregnant women or persons with osteoporosis are especially contraindicated. Overweight persons must be notified at the time of setting the flight date. The contracting party declares to be in adequate physical and mental condition at the time of the activity, Aerodifusión reserves the right of admission if the contrary is observed on the day of the flight.
  1. Pregnant women should not fly in a balloon. In case of pregnancy, the expiration of the gift vouchers is extended for another 9 months.
  2. Minors who do not fly accompanied by their parents or guardians must provide authorization from their parents or guardians.
  3. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction: in general, relations with our customers arising from the provision of the services contained in our website are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.
  4. The purchase of a flight ticket implies the acceptance of these general conditions.
